Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés

Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (245 g) milk
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 7 oz (200 g) Pancetta
- 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheese
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mill
Instructions
- Place your Tartlet Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
SOUFFLÉS PREPARATION
BAKE!
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your soufflés from 18min). They are ready once cooked all the way through and golden brown on top.
- Once your Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
