Distribute the pancetta into each well of your Flexipan® (15 wells). Then, pour preparation on top.
BAKE!
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your soufflés from 18min). They are ready once cooked all the way through and golden brown on top.
Once your Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
