Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés

These Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés are delicious to be enjoyed with a side salad. And perfect for entertaining as "amuse-bouche".

Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (245 g) milk
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz (200 g) Pancetta
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheese
  • Lavender Salt
  • Pepper Mill

Instructions
 

SOUFFLÉS PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, Salt and Pepper (season to taste). Fold the shredded cheese.
  • Distribute the pancetta into each well of your Flexipan® (15 wells). Then, pour preparation on top.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your soufflés from 18min). They are ready once cooked all the way through and golden brown on top.
  • Once your Pancetta & Cheese Mini Soufflés are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
