Olive Oil Cake with Apples
When I close my eyes and think about “olive cake”, I visualize the Italian country side surrounded by olive trees. I can hear the crickets singing their melodies, the Men working in the field. And the distant voices of the Mamas going on about things in the kitchen.
This Scrumptious cake has all these memories in it. I fell in love with the texture and it is beautifully balanced with the perfectly cooked apples.
My Friend and Esteemed Guy Demarle Colleague from France, Christèle (@christele_dans_vos_assiettes) made this cake some time ago. And like all her recipes it is unique and delicious. You can find her recipe right HERE!. Also, she recently went back to blogging, so go and check it out, there are so many recipes to choose from (HERE!)
Enjoy & Bon Appetit!
As always, you will find the Step-by-Step Video below the recipe.
