Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
In the bowl of your stand mixer beat the eggs with the sugar for about 5 min (Medium speed). Until it has doubled in volume.
Add the Meyer Lemon Oil and then, add the milk. Continue to beat for a couple of minutes. Then, whisk in the flour and baking powder. Add your diced apples to the batter and pour over your preparation into the Flexipan® . Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 25min)
Once your cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min before unmolding. Then, flip it over. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
