Lime Almond Financier Cakes
One of my favorite French Pastries, is truly the Financier. A little cake baked essentially with butter, almond flour, icing sugar and egg whites.
What is wonderful about making Financiers, is that you can mix and match different ingredients, and it’s pretty fun to make them in cute and tiny molds as my bon COOK Molds & Trays.
A while back, when I started to follow Lauren (@lolotambouille), I quickly realized that we both had the passion for making Financiers. I hope you will enjoy these as much as I did. Of course, you will find Lolo’s recipe right HERE!
Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
As always, you will find the Step-by-Step Video below the recipe.
