Invisible Zucchini Crustless Quiche
Equipment
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp (15 g) vegetable oil
- 1 sweet onion (Thinly Chopped)
- 1 zucchini (Washed and Grated)
- Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
- Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)
- 1 1/2 cup (170 g) grated cheese (Grated)
- 4 oz (115 g) goat cheese (Crumbled)
Instructions
- Place your Sunflower Flexipan® Mold on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
CRUSTLESS QUICHE PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and vegetable oil together. Add Salt and Pepper (Season to taste). Add your chopped onion, grated zucchini, grated cheese and goat cheese.
BAKE!
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. Keep the bonMAT™ on for the first 20min and remove it carefully with your oven clothe. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 25min).
- Once your Crustless Quiche is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
