Invisible Zucchini Crustless Quiche

This crustless quiche is so delicious and high in flavor, no one will notice that there is Zucchini in it: Perfect for picky eaters!

Ingredients
 

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) vegetable oil
  • 1 sweet onion (Thinly Chopped)
  • 1 zucchini (Washed and Grated)
  • Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mil (Season to Taste)
  • 1 1/2 cup (170 g) grated cheese (Grated)
  • 4 oz (115 g) goat cheese (Crumbled)

Instructions
 

CRUSTLESS QUICHE PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and vegetable oil together. Add Salt and Pepper (Season to taste). Add your chopped onion, grated zucchini, grated cheese and goat cheese.
  • Gently pour your batter into the Flexipan® and flatten using your spatula.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. Keep the bonMAT™ on for the first 20min and remove it carefully with your oven clothe. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 25min).
    • Save
  • Once your Crustless Quiche is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy with a salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
