Greek Honey & Cinnamon Mini Muffins (No Sugar Added)

Traditionally, we enjoy lots of Sweet treats in the hope to have a Nice and Sweet New Year. This year, I have loaded this recipe with Thyme Honey which we got from the neighborhood Village.

Greek Honey & Cinnamon Mini Muffins (No Sugar Added)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat the milk and butter together, by stirring occasionally. Your preparation is ready once the butter has melted and that it is hot and not boiling. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, pour the Honey and whisk your hot Milk/Butter preparation.
- Place your Tartlet Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Pour the batter into each well of your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 10min).
- Once your Greek Honey & Cinnamon Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold onto a cooling rack. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
