French Mustard Hot Dog Muffins

French Mustard Hot Dog Muffins

Ingredients
- 6 hot dogs sausage links (diced)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup (120 g) milk
- 3 Tbsp (45 g) Herbs de Provence Mustard
- 1 2/3 cups (200 g) flour (Sifted)
- 2 1/2 tsp (12 g) baking powder
- 1 cup (100 g) Parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup (50 g) Shredded cheese
- Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
- Madagascar pepper (Season to Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375F/190C.
- On a chopping board, dice the hot dogs into small cubes. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Eggs, Rosemary Olive Oil, milk and Herbs de Provence Mustard.
- Using a spatula, mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Add the Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Cheese and chopped hot dogs. Season with Lavender Salt and Pepper. Mix until combined.
- Place your Mini Bon Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipat®.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 18min)
- Once your French Mustard Hot Dog Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appetit!
