French Ham and Cheese Croissants
This quick and easy recipe is my go to whenever I have to prepare something for a picnic or a pot luck

French Ham and Cheese Croissants
These French Ham & Cheese Croissants are so easy to make and perfect as an Appetizer for your picnic this Summer!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 Puff pastry sheet
- 10 tsp (10 g) Herbs de Provence Mustard
- 10 Tbsp (150 g) Ham (Chopped)
- 10 tsp (50 g) Swiss Cheese (Grated)
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) Milk (To Brush the dough)
- 1 tsp (2 g) Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven on 400F/200C.
- Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside.
- On each triangle, brush a teaspoon of Herbs de Provence Mustard. Add the chopped ham and grated cheese on top. Then roll each one into a croissant.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Croissants from 12min)
- Once your French Ham and Cheese Croissants are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Slide it onto your service plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
