Roll the puff pastry on the Roul'PAT™ into a large rectangle. Divide it in two (lengthwise), then cut 5 triangles from each sides.
On each triangle, brush a teaspoon of Herbs de Provence Mustard. Add the chopped ham and grated cheese on top. Then roll each one into a croissant.
Transfer each croissant onto your bonMAT™. Then, brush the milk on top. Decorate with a few sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Croissants from 12min)
Once your French Ham and Cheese Croissants are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Slide it onto your service plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
