Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins (Pépito Style)

Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins (Pépito Style)

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup (65 g) sugar
- 4 oz (115 g) vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup (70 g) vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 g) Milk
- 1 1/2 cups (185 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp (15 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp (12 g) baking powder
- 2/3 cup (155 g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place your Triangle Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
MUFFINS PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla pudding, vegetable oil and milk. Add the Flour and Baking Powder mix until combined.Then, fold your Chocolate Chips. (Do not overmix).
- Pour your batter into the Flexipan® using the mini ladle.
BAKE!
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 18min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once your Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold, serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
