Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins (Pépito Style)

These Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins are truly Amazing! The dessert cream gives it such an incredible texture. A Wonderful treat to enjoy!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup (65 g) sugar
  • 4 oz (115 g) vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup (70 g) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (185 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp (15 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp (12 g) baking powder
  • 2/3 cup (155 g) chocolate chips

Instructions
 

MUFFINS PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla pudding, vegetable oil and milk. Add the Flour and Baking Powder mix until combined.Then, fold your Chocolate Chips. (Do not overmix).
  • Pour your batter into the Flexipan® using the mini ladle.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 18min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Once your Chocolate Vanilla Pudding Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, unmold, serve and Enjoy! Bon appétit!
