Cheesy Pesto Triangles
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup (95 g) flour (Sifted)
- 3/4 cup (185 g) milk
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) milk
- 1/2 cup (50 g) Parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) Pesto
- 11 Laughing Cow Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 410F/210C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk your eggs into an omelet.
- Add the flour. Whisk until combined.
- Then, add your Pesto and Parmesan. Continue mixing.
- Place your Triangle Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Pour your batter into the Flexipan® using the mini ladle. Then, gently push down The Laughing Cow Cheese at the Center of the well.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 410F/210C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Triangles from 15min)
- Once your Cheesy Pesto Triangles are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
