Bell Peppers & Goat Cheese Savory Cake
Savory Cake or “Cake Salé” is very common in France, because it only requires a few ingredients. We eat it as an appetizer or as meal with nice garden salad all year round.
You might notice one day, I do make Savory Cakes quite often, and that’s true. For me it is a perfect way to clear a few things from your pantry.
A while back I had bought more bell peppers that I needed and I had three left which started to look a bit sad. Hence, the recipe today.
Bon Appétit!
