Baked Prosciutto Asparagus

A little fun side dish today with this Classic Baked Prosciutto Asparagus.

It will for sure make everyone happy around the table to get a side of veggie.

Can’t eat cake (almost) every day 🙂

Baked Prosciutto Asparagus

A drizzle of Cilantro Oil and a sprinkle of Citrus Salt Flakes, will turn this simple dish into a flavorful one.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 bundle of Asparagus
  • 5 slices of Prosciutto
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro Oil (LINK under Equipment)
  • 1 sprinkle Citrus Salt Flakes (LINK under Equipment)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
  • Soak the asparagus under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off. Towel dry and snap the bottom part to remove any bitterness.
  • (Optional) With a small knife remove the scale leaves from the asparagus.
  • Slice the prosciutto in two lengthwise, and roll each one around 3 asparagus.
  • Place your Deep Flexiflatâ„¢ Flexipan® on the top of your perforated baking sheet.
  • On the Flexiflatâ„¢ place your asparagus, drizzle the Cilantro oil, and sprinkle the citrus salt flakes.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your asparagus from time to time and do not hesitate to flip them half way).
  • Once your asparagus is out of the oven, slide it onto a plate. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
