Baked Prosciutto Asparagus

A drizzle of Cilantro Oil and a sprinkle of Citrus Salt Flakes, will turn this simple dish into a flavorful one.

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
Soak the asparagus under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off. Towel dry and snap the bottom part to remove any bitterness.
(Optional) With a small knife remove the scale leaves from the asparagus.
Slice the prosciutto in two lengthwise, and roll each one around 3 asparagus.
Place your Deep Flexiflat™ Flexipan® on the top of your perforated baking sheet.
On the Flexiflat™ place your asparagus, drizzle the Cilantro oil, and sprinkle the citrus salt flakes.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your asparagus from time to time and do not hesitate to flip them half way).
Once your asparagus is out of the oven, slide it onto a plate. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
