Apple Strawberry Muffins (No Butter Added)
One thing I love about Summer is to enjoy all kinds of Summer Fruits. The Strawberries have started to be so sweet and incredibly tasty already!

Apple Strawberry Muffins (No Butter Added)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Sugar
- 3.2 oz (90 g) Mott Strawberry Apple Sauce (No Sugar Added)
- 3 Tbsp (20 g) Almond Flour
- 1 cup (120 g) flour (Sifted)
- 1 1/2 tsp (6 g) baking powder
- 8 (100 g) Strawberries (Diced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
- Then add the Strawberry Apple Sauce, Almond Flour, Flour and Baking Powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Finally, fold in your diced strawberries.
- Place your Muffin FlexipanÂŽ Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.Â
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your FlexipanŽ.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 15min).
- Once your Apple Strawberry Muffins are out of the oven, let them completely cool down before unmolding. Serve, Enjoy & Bon AppĂŠtit!
