Almond, Pear and Chocolate Triangle Cakes

I discovered the beautiful blog of Sandrine (@mabulleauxdelices) through the fantastic Facebook Group tests de recettes entre blogueurs. This February 2023, it is her Birthday and on the group, as a blogger you can propose your blog where everyone can choose a recipe from ; or as a non-blogger you can choose a special ingredient. Hence, I fell so much in love with Sandrine’s recipe, I made it twice in a week! Joyeux Anniversaire Sandrine! Of course, you will find her recipe right HERE!

I hope your will Enjoy this Cake Recipe as much as I did! Bon Appétit!

As always, you will find the Step-by-Step Video below the recipe.

  • 1/4 cup (45 g) dark chocolate chips

PEAR CAKE PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes). Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder and almond flour.
