5-minute Banana Cake (Microwave)

5-minute Banana Cake (Microwave)
Whip up a delightful treat in just 5 minutes with this microwave banana cake! It's the perfect quick and easy dessert for those on-the-go moments!
Ingredients
STEP 1
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) butter (Melted)
STEP 2
- 1 banana (Overripped | Mashed)
- 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar (Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup | 100g)
- 1/3 cup (40 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Tbsp (6 g) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (1 g) ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 oz (30 g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions
STEP 1
- Set aside your Small Heart Flexipan® Mold on the top of a microwave safe plate.
STEP 2
- Take the mold out of the microwave. Add the egg and mashed banana. Mix with your mini whisk. Then, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well with your spatula then fold your chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Once your 5-minute Banana Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 5 minutes then, unmold it onto your serving platter. Enjoy as is or with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. Bon Appétit!
