Take the mold out of the microwave. Add the egg and mashed banana. Mix with your mini whisk. Then, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well with your spatula then fold your chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Once your 5-minute Banana Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 5 minutes then, unmold it onto your serving platter. Enjoy as is or with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. Bon Appétit!
