Slice your Yellow Watermelon and remove the skin. Then, cut it into triangles. Set aside in a mixing bowl and refrigerate. This will allow the excess of water to drain while waiting for service.
Then, thinly slice your Persian Cucumbers. Toss them with the Tahitian Lime Olive Oil. Refrigerate.
On your serving plate, arrange the Yellow Watermelon wedges, add the Persian Cucumbers and Sprinkle some Sel Gris on top. Eat while its cold, it is really refreshing! Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
