Trim stalk ends and remove outer leaves from your Brussels sprouts. Wash and pat dry.
Using the mandoline (lowest setting), thinly slice your Brussels sprouts. Set aside.
COOK!
Heat a frying pan on medium, and once hot, place the sliced bacon. Cook for about 5 minutes, until golden on edges.
Add the shredded Brussels Sprouts. Season with Salt and Pepper. Toss to coat in oil. Cook for about 3 minutes until heated through and slightly wilted but not brown, stirring occasionally. When ready, remove from heat and add the Meyer lemon oil with the lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Transfer to your serving platter. Arrange crumbled goat cheese on top. Serve hot. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
