Make a well, mix with your spatula the softened butter until crumbly. Add the eggs. Mix until combined. NOTE: The batter will be thick and heavy that's completely normal.
2.82 oz butter, 3 eggs, 0.35 oz Grated Parmesan, 0.71 oz Grated Cheddar
Pipe your batter into your Scalloped Square Tray. It will make 12 appetizers in total. Sprinkle the parmesan and cheddar cheese and add thyme on top.
BAKE!
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Appetizers from 12 minutes). It is ready when the appetizers have puffed up and are golden brown.
Once your Thyme and Parmesan Appetizers are out of the oven, let them cool down completely in the mold. Then flip them over onto your serving tray. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
