Ingredients

  • 1.06 oz (30 g) Grated Parmesan
  • 1.06 oz (30 g) almond flour
  • 3.17 oz (90 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) baking powder
  • 8 strings of thyme
  • 2.82 oz (80 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
  • 3 eggs (Large | At Room Temperature)
  • 0.35 oz (10 g) Grated Parmesan
  • 0.71 oz (20 g) Grated Cheddar (Original Recipes calls for comté cheese)
  • Salt, Pepper (I did not put any)

Instructions

THYME AND PARMESAN APPETIZERS PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl, mix in the grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and thyme.
1.06 oz Grated Parmesan, 1.06 oz almond flour, 3.17 oz all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 8 strings of thyme
  • Make a well, mix with your spatula the softened butter until crumbly. Add the eggs. Mix until combined. NOTE: The batter will be thick and heavy that's completely normal.
2.82 oz butter, 3 eggs, 0.35 oz Grated Parmesan, 0.71 oz Grated Cheddar
  • Pipe your batter into your Scalloped Square Tray. It will make 12 appetizers in total. Sprinkle the parmesan and cheddar cheese and add thyme on top.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Appetizers from 12 minutes). It is ready when the appetizers have puffed up and are golden brown.
  • Once your Thyme and Parmesan Appetizers are out of the oven, let them cool down completely in the mold. Then flip them over onto your serving tray. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
