Three-Cheese Bacon Muffins

At the dinner table, nothing can go wrong when you have both bacon and cheese served together!

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl, roughly whisk together, eggs and Laughing Cow cheese. Then, add milk and oil.
Slowly, add flour and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
Using a spatula, incorporate goat cheese, parmesan and bacon.
Pour over your batter into the Flexipan® using a mini ladle.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 20min)
Once your muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
