3.52oz(100g)dark chocolate chips(Used Barry Callebaut Dark Chocolate 54.5%)
peppermint candy cane, peppermint and snowflake marshmallows(To decorate)
Instructions
PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and cornstarch. Set aside.
2.15 oz milk, 1 tsp corn starch
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk on medium low until it starts boiling. Keep on whisking so that the milk does not burn.
6.70 oz milk
As soon as it begins to boil, add the milk/cornstarch mixture, then the peppermint cocoa. Continue to whisk until combined.
0.71 oz peppermint cocoa
Add the dark chocolate chips and let it cook for 3 minutes. Take it out from the heat as it will thicken as it cools down.
3.52 oz dark chocolate chips
Serve with peppermint marshmallows and candy cane. Bon Appétit & Happy Holidays!
