Teriyaki Salmon | Sugar Peas

  • 1.50 Lbs (680 g) salmon filets (Diced in Cubes)
  • 8 oz (226.8 g) teriyaki sauce (Low Sodium)
  • 1 Tbsp (8 g) sesame seeds
  • 1 Lb (450 g) sugar peas

Instructions
 

SALMON PREPARATION

  • Heat the frying pan on a medium heat. Add the teriyaki sauce along with the sesame seeds and let it reduce for about 3 to 4 minutes until it become syrupy. Once you reach the desired texture, add the previously diced salmon. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring time to time (the cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon). It is ready when the thickest part reaches 145F/63C (Source: USDA).
    1.50 Lbs salmon filets, 8 oz teriyaki sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • While your salmon is cooking, microwave the sugar peas for 2 minutes, they will be soft but still crunchy. Serve while hot on top of rice with extra sesame seeds. Bon Appétit!
