Prepare to be whisked away on a delectable culinary journey with this teriyaki salmon alongside crunchy sugar peas and fluffy steamed rice. It's delicious!
Heat the frying pan on a medium heat. Add the teriyaki sauce along with the sesame seeds and let it reduce for about 3 to 4 minutes until it become syrupy. Once you reach the desired texture, add the previously diced salmon. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring time to time (the cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon). It is ready when the thickest part reaches 145F/63C (Source: USDA).
While your salmon is cooking, microwave the sugar peas for 2 minutes, they will be soft but still crunchy. Serve while hot on top of rice with extra sesame seeds. Bon Appétit!
