These Spooky Roasted Carrots with Balsamic Glaze are the perfect dish to add a fun, eerie twist to your fall table. These vibrant, caramelized carrots are roasted to perfection, their sweet and savory flavors enhanced by a rich balsamic glaze!

Ingredients
 

  • 6 carrots (Saves the tops for decorations)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt (Season to taste)
  • balsamic glaze and burrata (To serve)

Instructions
 

ROASTED CARROTS PREPARATION

  • Peel and wash the carrots ensuring to clean really well around the tops. Carve the eyes, nose and mouth. Place them on your Fleximat and brush them with olive oil. Season with sea salt.
    6 carrots, 1 Tbsp olive oil, sea salt

ROAST

  • Roast for 30 minutes at 400F/200C. Every oven heats differently, monitor your carrots from 25 minutes). It is ready when they are fork tender.

ASSEMBLY

  • On your service platter, add a layer of burrata cheese, roasted carrots and a swirl of balsamic glaze. NOTE: I like to add more glaze on the eyes, nose and mouth so that they pop out! Enjoy! "BONE" Appétit & Happy HALLOWEEN!
