Smoked Salmon Mini Muffins

There is always time for an "Apéro". These smoked salmon mini bites will compliment any beverages you serve to your guests.

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
In the mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, mustard, salt/pepper and herbs.
Using a spatula, add flour, baking powder, smoked salmon and grated cheese.
Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your mini bites from 15min)
Once your mini bites are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
