In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, strawberry Skyr, sugar and canola oil together. Combine the flour and baking powder. Then, fold the fresh strawberries.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 22min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once your Strawberry Skyr Yogurt Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, flip it over onto your serving platter to demold. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
