This Savory Feta Cheese and Fresh Mint Cake will swoop your dining guests away. It can also be enjoyed cold perfect for a picnic day!

Preheat oven at 375F/190C.
Wash thourouly the mint and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Then, using the mini herb chopper , chop the mint as desired. Set aside. Then, add the flour, baking powder and Lavender Salt and Pepper . Using a spatula , fold in your diced Feta Cheese and chopped mint leaves. Pour the batter into your flexipan® by spreading gently until smooth. Then, sprinkle your Za'atar herbs on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 25min)
Once your Savory Feta Cheese and Fresh Mint Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
