Ingredients
 

  • 4 oz (115 g) cherry tomatoes (Halved)
  • 3 sliced mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Place 3 slices of mozzarella at the bottom of your square serving board. Make 2 rows of tomatoes and work your way up into a pyramid. Once you arrive at the top finish the tip of the hat with a few more tomatoes and some mozzarella.
  • Once your Santa hat Platter for Christmas is ready, serve with a drizzle of olive oil and reduced balsamic. Bon Appétit & Happy Holidays!
