An Easy Brunch Recipe for 1 or to share, which is prepared and baked under 20 minutes. Don't forget to add the Warm Tortillas on the side.

Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
Pour the Salsa Verde into your Flexipan® . Make 3 wells, and crack an egg into each well.
Sprinkle the Sweet Basil Oil , shredded cheese and season to taste (Lavender Salt and Pepper). Then, cover with your bonMAT™ . Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. Keep the bonMAT™ on for the first 10min and remove it carefully with your oven cloth. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your eggs from 12min). Once your Baked Eggs are out of the oven, serve right away. Enjoy with Warm Tortilla Chips on the side. Bon Appétit!
