Rinse the cauliflower and slice the bottom of the core off the cauliflower.
1 cauliflower
Fill a large pot with water (enough to submerge the cauliflower) and bring it to a boil. Add the super color food powder. Carefully place the cauliflower in the pot, head-side up (NOTE: you can use a spider spoon to hold it down), cover and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.
1 Tbsp super color food powder
Carefully lift the cauliflower from the water, using a spider spoon, and keep it there, stem side down to cool down for about 15 minutes until it is dry to the touch. Then, place it on top of your Fleximat.
Mix in super color food powder together with the olive oil and salt. Rub it all over your cauliflower.
2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp super color food powder, 1/2 tsp Sel Gris Mill
Roast for 40 minutes at 450F/230C. It is ready when it is tender and lightly "golden". NOTE: The cooking time will depend on the size of your cauliflower.
PINK TAHINI SAUCE
In a small bowl, whisk in the Tahiti together with fresh lemon juice, chopped garlic, olive oil, cold water and the super color food powder.
2.85 oz tahini, 1.60 oz lemon juice, 1 garlic, 1.06 oz olive oil, 2.12 oz water
Drizzle it on top of your cauliflower. Serve right away to enjoy your Roasted Cauliflower Brain. "BONE" Appétit!
