Roasted Balsamic Strawberries

These Roasted Balsamic Strawberries are perfect to top your favorite dessert or a delicious slice of pound cake!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Lb (455 g) strawberries (Washed | Leaves removed | Sliced)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (25 g) Strawberry Balsamic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (30 g) Lavender Honey
  • 1 tsp (5 g) vanilla bean paste

Instructions
 

STRAWBERRIES PREPARATION

  • Wash your strawberries under cold water. Pat them dry and remove the leaves. Slice them in half or quarter, so they are all roughly the same size and will cook at the same rate. Directly, transfer your strawberries onto the Flexiflat™.
  • Add the strawberry balsamic vinegarLavender honey and vanilla bean paste over strawberries and toss to coat them.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. Stirring once at about 10 minutes. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your strawberries from 15min).
  • Once your Roasted Balsamic Strawberries are out of the oven, let them cool down completely in the mold. Then, slide them into an airtight container. Serve with a slice of pound cake or your favorite dessert. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
