Soak the asparagus under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off. Towel dry and snap the bottom part to remove any bitterness.
Place your asparagus directly, on your Flexipan®. Drizzle the meyer lemon oil, and sprinkle the lavender salt. Toss to coat. Then, arrange your washed figs sliced in two facing up and drop 1/2 teaspoon of Lavender honey on top.
BAKE!
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your asparagus from time to time and do not hesitate to flip them half way).
