Bake for 10 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your stars from 8 minutes). It is ready when the pastry has puffed and is golden. NOTE: Due to the size of the mini stars, take them out 1 to 2 minutes sooner so they don't get burnt.
ASSEMBLY
Once your Stars are out of the oven, let them cool down completely on top of the baking sheet.
To built your Christmas tree: Use the large star base and spoon the red pepper spread together with the cream cheese. Add the medium star on top and repeat the previous step. Add the small star on top and repeat the previous step. Finish with the mini star. Bon Appétit & Happy Holidays!
