  • 2 Puff pastry sheets
  • 6 oz (170 g) pumpkin butter
  • 4 Tbsp (40 g) sprinkles (Chocolate and Halloween Mix)
  • 1 egg (For egg wash )

Instructions

SPIDER PREPARATION

  • Roll the first puff pastry directly onto your Large Bonmat. Spread generously the Pumpkin butter on top of the puff pastry leaving 1" | 2 cm on the sides.
2 Puff pastry sheets, 6 oz pumpkin butter
  • Take the second puff pastry out of the fridge and flip it on top. Press all around to seal it and place a bowl at the center of the dough to use as a guide: Starting from the corners, slice the dough going all around from the top and bottom. (NOTE: Do not throw away the extra dough just slice it in 3 - 4 pieces and twist). Now but one side in 4 strips and the do the same for the other side. Twist each legs.
  • Brush the egg wash and add the sprinkle mix.
    4 Tbsp sprinkles, 1 egg

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your spider from 15 minutes). It is ready when the pastry has puffed and is golden.
  • Once your Puff Pastry Pumpkin Butter Spider is out of the oven, set aside to cool down. Enjoy & "BONE" Appétit!
