Place the dark chocolate chips in your Mini Flexipan®. Heat in the Microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Once out of the microwave, using your mini whisk, mix until smooth. Transfer onto your Pastry Bag. Repeat action with both Chocolate Milk Chips and White Chocolate chips. Set aside.
Pipe each Chocolate onto your POP IT until completely covered. Tap a few times the bottom to free any air bubbles. Remove the extra chocolate from the sides of the POP IT to make demolding easy.
Refregirate for about 1 hour, until the chocolate has set.
Once ready, flip your POP IT and carefully peel your Chocolate Swirl Bar. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
