Get ready for a ghoulishly pink twist on a Halloween classic! These Pink October Rice Krispy Treats are hauntingly delicious. Perfect for a spooky snack or Halloween party treat. Don't be scared to indulge in a little pink magic this October!

Ingredients
 

RICE KRISPY TREATS

  • 3 oz (85 g) butter
  • 16 oz (450 g) Marshmallows (1 Bag | 64 pcs | Jet-Puffed Brand)
  • 6.20 oz (175 g) Rice Krispies Cereals (Kelloggs Brand | 7 cups)
  • Food Colorant (Pink)

DECORATION

  • 1 oz (28 g) dark chocolate chips (Melted)
  • decorations (Large Heart Sprinkles, black sugar balls and Silver food glitter spray)

Instructions
 

RICE KRISPY TREATS PREPARATION

  • Add the butter to your Large Round Mold. Cover with the Bonmat and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • When ready, carefully remove the Bonmat. Add marshmallows and stir to coat with butter. Return to the microwave uncovered and cook for 2 minutes or until marshmallows are big and fluffy.  
  • Mix in the pink food colorant. Add the Rice Krispy Cereal in 2-3 times slowly and stir/fold to combine. NOTE: 7 cups/175 g of cereal will give you a soft/chewy marshmallow treat. Where 8 cups/200 g of cereal will give you a little more crispy treat.

ASSEMBLY

  • Place your Square Mold on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Pour your Preparation directly into your Square Mold. Then, use your Bonmat to press down to have it leveled. Let it set for an hour of so.
  • When ready, peel your Rice Krispies from the mold. Then slice it into 9 equal parts. Use your favorite cookie cutter to cut through the center. Decorate your treats with sprinkles. You can melt a little bit of dark chocolate for the mouth. Let it set before enjoying. Bon Appétit!
