Unroll and slice your Pillsbury™ Crescent Dough Sheet into 16 segments directly on your Roul'Pat™.
Transfer the pieces to your Flexipan® by pushing down gently to create a well. Set aside.
PEACH FILLING PREPARATION
Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar with the cardamon. Set aside.
Wash, pat dry and remove the core from your peach. Cut your fruit into quarters and add them to your Eco Chop. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Set aside in your mixing bowl.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the cooled melted butter over your fruits. Toss to coat. Then, add your sugar/cardamon mixture and stir to coat evenly.
ASSEMBLY
Add a tablespoon of your preparation on top of the dough. Seal by pressing together each opposite triangle together.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your pies from 12min). It is ready when golden brown.
Once your Pillsbury™ Peach and Cardamon Mini Pies are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min. Then, Unmold and enjoy. Bon Appétit!
