Bake for 60 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your rice from 55min). It is ready when all water is absorbed.
Once rice is done, let it rest for 5 minutes covered. Then, carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat minding the steam. Gently fluff the rice with a fork. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
