The delicate brown butter flavor of this French Almond cake will win you over after one bite!

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
Wash and dice the peaches. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan, heat butter on low until golden brown. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together icing sugar, flour and almond flour.
Using a spatula carefully fold in the egg whites.
Add, brown butter, the orange blossom extract and peaches.
Pour your batter into the flexipan® with the mini ladle.
Bake for 38 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your financiers from 25min)
Once your financiers are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy!
