Instructions
PASTA PREPARATION
Cook your pasta al dente as indicated on the packet. 10 minutes for me. Drain and set aside to cool down.
SALAD PREPARATION
Wash and pat dry your zucchini and tomatoes. Dice them and set aside in your mixing bowl.
Add your cooled cooked pasta. Then, add your seasoning: Greek olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and pepper (To taste). Toss to coat.
Once your Pasta Salad with Zucchini & Tomatoes is ready serve with extra dressing on the side. Enjoy at room temperature or cold. Bon Appétit!
