Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
In your mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and sea salt. Make a well and add the eggs. Gently start mixing inwards going outwards with your mini whisk. Add the milk, a splash at a time while continuing mixing. Then, add the cooled butter and vanilla bean paste. Mix until it is all incorporated.
Scoop the batter into the Flexipat® (About 2 scoops per well) and flatten using your offset spatula. NOTE: The batter is quite runny, that's normal.
BAKE!
Bake for 15 minutes convection at 415F/220C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your waffles from 12min). They are ready when golden and cooked through.
Once your Sweet Vanilla Waffles are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 1 minute. Then, Unmold, Serve with your favorite topping and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
