Oven Baked Sweet Vanilla Waffles

Make these Sweet Vanilla Waffles in the oven with your favorite toppings for any occasion. You are going to love making 8 at a time!

Ingredients
 

  • 6 1/2 Tbsp (90 g) butter (Melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups (185 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp (75 g) sugar
  • 1/16 tsp (0.38 g) sea salt
  • 3 eggs (Original Recipe divides egg yolks and egg white)
  • 1 cup (245 g) milk
  • 1 tsp (5 g) vanilla bean paste (My Personal Addition)

Instructions
 

WAFFLES PREPARATION

  • Place butter in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
  • In your mixing bowlcombine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and sea salt. Make a well and add the eggs. Gently start mixing inwards going outwards with your mini whisk. Add the milk, a splash at a time while continuing mixing. Then, add the cooled butter and vanilla bean paste. Mix until it is all incorporated.
  • Scoop the batter into the Flexipat® (About 2 scoops per well) and flatten using your offset spatula. NOTE: The batter is quite runny, that's normal.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 15 minutes convection at 415F/220C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your waffles from 12min). They are ready when golden and cooked through.
  • Once your Sweet Vanilla Waffles are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 1 minute. Then, Unmold, Serve with your favorite topping and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
