Add the ground beef into your Flexipan®. Use your spatula to break the ground beef. Cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
STEP 2
Peel and cut your sweet onion into quarters and transfer it directly into your Eco Chop. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Set aside.
Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat. Use your spatula to break the ground beef. Add the chopped onion. Mix, then cover with Octagonal Bonmat and microwave for another 2 minutes.
STEP 3
Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
Use your spatula again to break the ground beef and onions. If there is extra liquid, fold your Flexipan® in half and drain. Then, pour your preparation into a mixing bowl.
Layer half of your beef preparation into your Flexipan®. Crunch half of the tortilla chips on top. Sprinkle half the cheese over the tortilla chips. Then, spoon the remainder of the beef preparation, then crunched tortilla chips and cheese on top.
BAKE!
Bake for 25 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 20min). It is ready when the cheese is melted and slightly crunchy.
Once your Cheesy Taco Bake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Serve and Enjoy with your favorite salad on the side. Bon Appétit!
