Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz (225 g) Macaroni Pasta (Fusilli Corti Bucati Pasta)
  • 8 oz mushrooms (1 Tin | Sliced | Drained)
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 g) Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 g) heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz (225 g) Gruyère Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp (5 g) Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb blend
  • Sel Gris Mill (Season to Taste)
  • Pepper Mill (Season to Taste)

Instructions
 

PASTA PREPARATION

  • Add your ingredients in this order directly in your Square Mold: Pasta, mushrooms, chicken stock, heavy whipping cream, roasted garlic and chive herb blend. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Mix and top with Gruyère cheese.
    8 oz Macaroni Pasta, 8 oz mushrooms, 1 1/4 cups Chicken Stock, 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, 8 oz Gruyère Cheese, 1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic and Chive Herb blend, Sel Gris Mill, Pepper Mill

BAKE!

  • Bake for 35 minutes at 400F/200C. Your pasta will be al dente. Cook a little bit longer if you prefer your Pasta well done.
  • Once your One Pan Baked Pasta with Mushroom is out of the oven, gently stir, and Voilà serve while it's hot. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
