Instructions
COCONUT TRUFFLES PREPARATION
In your Mixing Bowl, mix the condensed milk together with the shredded coconut until well-combined.

Transfer your preparation onto the Bonmat. Compact it into a flat log and divide it into 12 equal segments.
Divide each segments into to pieces for the head and body as follows: 1/3 (head) and 2/3 (body). Roll each one as is. Then, roll the truffles into extra coconut.
Take the pretzel sticks and brake them in halves. Arrange for each snowman both arms and the support by connecting the head to the body. Refrigerate for 2 hours, the truffles will hardened and it is be easier to decorate.

Once ready, take the truffles out of the refrigerator and using the black icing draw the 3 buttons and 2 eyes. Use the orange icing to make the carrot nose. Use the candy straps around the snowman's neck.
