Place your Large bonMAT™ on the top of your Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
Unroll both Puff Pastry sheets onto your Roul'Pat.
Using your Cake Server Knife, slice each sheets into 4 equal squares (living a small rectangle on the side - for decorations). And place them directly on your Large bonMAT™ well apart.
In a mixing bowl, whip together the Boursin Cheese and Greek Yogurt. Then, add the diced salmon and chopped sundried apricots. Gently mix the ingredients together with your spatula.
With the help of your mini ladle, scoop the preparation in the middle of your puff pastry square. Then fold back each corner and seal with your decorated stars and a bit of milk.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C, until just beginning to turn golden around the center and edges. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Salmon bake from 20min)
Once your Salmon Bake is out of the oven, slide them directly on a service plate. Enjoy, Bon Appétit & Wishing you a Happy New Year!
