  • 1/2 cup (100 g) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lbs Fresh Salmon (Diced)
  • 8 sundried apricots (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 400F/200C.
  • Place your Large bonMAT™ on the top of your Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
  • Unroll both Puff Pastry sheets onto your Roul'Pat.
  • Using your Cake Server Knife, slice each sheets into 4 equal squares (living a small rectangle on the side - for decorations). And place them directly on your Large bonMAT™ well apart.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip together the Boursin Cheese and Greek Yogurt. Then, add the diced salmon and chopped sundried apricots. Gently mix the ingredients together with your spatula.
  • With the help of your mini ladle, scoop the preparation in the middle of your puff pastry square. Then fold back each corner and seal with your decorated stars and a bit of milk.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 400F/200C, until just beginning to turn golden around the center and edges. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Salmon bake from 20min)
  • Once your Salmon Bake is out of the oven, slide them directly on a service plate. Enjoy, Bon Appétit & Wishing you a Happy New Year!
