When ready, carefully remove your bonMAT™. Add marshmallows and stir to coat with butter. Return to the microwave uncovered and cook for 2 minutes or until marshmallows are big and fluffy.
Add the Rice Krispy Cereal in 2-3 times slowly and stir/fold to combine. NOTE: 7 cups/175 g of cereal will give you a soft/chewy marshmallow treat. Where 8 cups/200 g of cereal will give you a little more crispy treat.
Pour your Preparation directly into your Square Flexipat®. Then, use your Spatula to push it towards each corners without pressing it down. NOTE: By doing so you will have aery treats to enjoy.
Arrange the mini marshmallow and sprinkles on top and let it set for for an hour or two. I usually prepare mine the night before so they are ready for the next day. At that point I unmold my treats onto my chopping board and slice it into 16 squares. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
