Peel and remove the core from each apple. Then, slice them or cut them into small quarters. Set aside.
Pour your batter into the Flexipan®, then lay your apples into one level without sinking them.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 30min)
Once your Mascarpone Apple Sponge Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold directly onto your cooling rack. Sprinkle some Cofectioners' Sugar on top. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
